General Dynamics Information Technology Program / Administrative Support Analyst - TS/SCI with Polygraph in Las Cruces, New Mexico

Job Description

Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

  • Obtains data from various sources, analyzes data and information, and prepares reports as needed

  • Builds collaborative relationships, internally and externally

  • Staffing/resource support for the Program and liaison with GDIT recruiting.

  • Updates and maintains ePMO database

  • Communicates professionally and effectively with employees and customers

  • Works on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborates with others to improve processes and procedures

  • Coordinating employee recognition needs and tracking historical recognition trends

  • Coordinates and sets up department training events

  • Handles and helps to maintain sensitive employee related documentation

  • Establishes and coordinates operating rhythms

  • Provides support to other unplanned/expected department needs

  • Collects monthly status report inputs and compiles the report for customer deliverable

  • Works independently on special non-recurring and/or ongoing special projects

  • Plans and coordinates all-hands meetings. Manage schedules and book conference rooms.

  • Assists managers and their staff's calendar and meeting schedules in Microsoft Outlook, to include internal and external meetings with clients and staff

  • Manages frequently-changing schedules and appointments as well as coordination of projects and tasks

  • Prepares meeting agendas and compiles materials for use in meetings, discussions, and presentations

  • Works on assignments of moderate difficulty and complexity requiring judgment in resolving issues

  • Schedules and ensures full support for meetings, coordinates video teleconferences, conference calls, meetings to include reserving rooms, preparing for the event, and on-site facilities and information technology experts

  • Plans local, domestic, and international travel arrangements maintaining awareness of any security processes for international travel

  • Prepares expense reports for travel reimbursements to ensure timely filing

  • Discretely accepts and screens calls, connects callers with appropriate staff, and follows up as needed

  • Executing policy and procedural changes to develop and improve operational efficiency.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Qualifications

2-5 years of related finance or business analysis experience.

Due to the sensitive nature of the work being done for this government client, all candidates must hold a TS/SCI with Polygraph.

As part of your role/function on the program, you will be granted privileged user access. Privileged Users are subject to greater scrutiny as a direct result of the significant responsibilities placed upon them. Please be aware that because of these critical duties, you will be subject to additional IT system monitoring, and supervisory evaluation to ensure continuous adherence to Privileged User processes and procedures. Privileged Users are subject to a zero tolerance policy for security violations.
